| Teixeira Farms Damages Birds And Fish And Plants At Oso Flacko Lake |
| At 1 pm- 1:30 pm today, wednesday , October 8, 2008 I visually saw that both the north and south parts of Oso Flacko lakes were fairly clear and the little sediment was light in color(color of the sand from the dunes put there by the winds. This has been the same condition that I have the Oso Flacko Lake water the hundreds of times that I have been there in the last 57 years(before birth of Teixeira Farm owners and manager)- nothing else, ever. At 2 pm, on my way out, I saw water covering the whole paved portion of the road inside the park- coming from an adjacent property that had the ditch overflowing the entire road and into the north portion of Oso Flacko Lake. The overflowing ditch was not in the park at all. I found some park workers who contacted the park ranger. He contacted the originators of the polluters, Teixeira Farms. Teixeira Farms' solution to the immediate situation was to start digging a trench into the south part of Oso Flacko- until I spoke up by saying they did not have any right to destroy plants in the park by that action, in the presence of the armed park ranger. And, in the presence of the park ranger, I said to Teixeira Farms that they did not have the right to use somebody else's property without their permission, pointing to the water flowing into the park.Having said the above I state that both the north and south parts of Oso Flacko Lake are now a dark brown, the color of the water that Teixeira Farms made it. Simple logic says that the fish cannot see their food in the present condition and the birds cannot see in the water to find fish to eat. The last of the birds I saw was them getting out of the water and shaking and shaking their feet, trying to get the now-mud off. One last note, for now- the plants that the Teixeira Farms employee (and the Teixeira Farms manager) destroyed in their try to dig a ditch on park property- I planted those plants in 1958. Today, October 8, 2008, I went there to photograph the plants I planted and the wildlife that live there and the people who visit- That is the day Teixeirs Farms decides to take over part of the park and now threatens to ruin what I had preserved- There would not be an Oso Flacko Lake because the wind would have filled the Oso Flacko Lake with sand at a time that very few went there or only knew as sometime on an old map(there was a pier there in the 1800s). Other than the plants planted near the boardwalk, I am responsible for those plants. So, I follow up on those plants- not try to evade the responsibility of the danger and damage done as Teixeira Farms is doing at this moment. Robert Dias |
| Dangerous Mark Teixeira At Oso Flacko Lake, when I first started to report a crime to a law enforcement office of the State of California, I said the word "crime"- Mark Teixeira interrupted me and the officer with loud talking aimed right at the officer and making loud noises with his shoes on the ground while walking. I remained quiet while Mark Teixeira did his attempt to stop me from reporting a crime. I next started to talk- saying "damages". Again Mark Teixeira stopped me from giving my crime report to the officer by loud talking and stomping his shoes. And- saying that there is an old map showing a ditch going into Oso Flacko Lake- I then started to tell the officer about the altered map that somebody had forged and given to both the County Of San Luis Obispo and the County of Santa Barbara- just as Teixeira Farms needed a free way to handle their waste water- dump it in Oso Flacko Lake! At that point Mark Teixeira assaulted me by threatening to do me bodily harm if I did not stop making the crime report to the law enforcement officer, by walking up close to me and bumping my chest with his and kicking my soft sneaker toes with his hard boot toes- hard! I walked away from Bully Mark Teixeira. Dangerous Mark Teixeira. Liar Mark Teixeira(he had lied to me and the State of California Officer). Thief by knowingly using State of California property without their permission. Mark Teixeira knows that the map is forged- he had to stop me from telling the officer. If Dean Teixeira knows the map is fake then Dean Teixeira is a thief also. If Glenn Teixeira knows the map is fake then Glenn Teixeira is a thief also. If Allan Teixeira knows the map is fake then Allan Teixeira is a thief also. If Norman Teixeira knows the map is fake then he is a thief also. If any or all the other Teixeira Farms employees knows the map is fake the one or all are thieves. No matter who is a thief or not- Mark Teixeira is dangerous and may face somebody that is not non-violent as I am- death may happen. Live with that possibility Bully Teixeiras. Robert Dias |

Wendy Teixeira Somebody altered and then forged one map of the County of Santa Barbara and then one map of the County of San Luis Obispo- both trying to convince whoever that there was an old ditch going into Oso Flacko, an outright lie- the original map did not show any ditch on it anywhere on the property. The financial gain by the Teixeiras was that they did not have use any land for a wastewater basin and did not have to pay anybody to dig that basin(see the area right in the middle of each of the owners of Teixeira Farms to see why they do not like to do physical work themselves). No wastewater basin means no recycling the wastewater like other farmers- just dump the muddy and insecticide wastewater into Oso Flacko Lake- Teixeira Farms has already killed hundreds of fish and birds because they want to make more money. Wendy Teixeira, president of the Santa Maria Association of Realtors, has the knowhow to access and alter and forge documents of the County of Santa Barbara and the County of San Luis Obispo.The why is money- Gary Teixeira of Teixeira Farms. Two times somebody from Wendy Teixeira's realtor's office has called my cell phone and stopped the call quick. The first time I called back- nobody called from there- she said!! The next day, less than a hour difference- somebody called again from Wendy Teixeira's office again - stopped the call quick! Another form of Teixeira Bullying. |
