| SOME VERY BAD PEOPLE |
| WHEN WILL SANTA MARIA LEARN? For maybe 20 years the City of Santa Maria has been going easy on the mexican immigrants, the illegals and legals the same- because they presumed them (believed them) to have such a terrible life- according to the City of Santa Maria. But is it better for them to treated special? Some time back I saw the picture of a small girl on tv who had been killed while crossing in the middle of the block with her mother on North Broadway. Tragic, but could have been prevented because that same girl and her mother, one week earlier, had been crossing in the middle of the block, helped by a City of Santa Maria policeman who stopped his police car and waved the mother and child to finish crossing the street. The mother had frozen when she saw the policeman - she knew she was breaking the law by crossing in the middle of the street and expected to be in trouble with the policeman. But not this mexican policeman. The City of Santa Maria ignores laws and safety when the mexican immigrants are concerned. Another lack of concern by the City of Santa Maria is the drinking of alcholic beverages at parks within the city limits by mexicans, legal and illegal. When there were no mexicans in the Santa Maria Valley, the City of Santa Maria was strict on white people, Filipinos and other hispanics. Now with the big mexican population and mexican police officers in the city there is at least 100 times as much drinking of alcoholic beverages in the City of Santa Maria in public. Why worry? Nobody is going to put them in jail. Those that cause fatal accidents, yes (after they kill), but not those POOR mexicans having a few(dozen) bottles of beer. Let them kill a few people every year in and around Santa Maria. One City of Santa Maria policeman(mexican) almost made some mexicans at Waller Park stop using the barbque pit they had brought in(a fire hazard). ALMOST- the City of Santa Maria policeman was bought by those mexicans with some free food they were cooking on that pit. The City of Santa Maria policeman had a full stomach AND had alot of laughs with those people. All a mexican has to do to keep from being put in jail in Santa Maria is to start laughing and joking- a dare to the policeman to either be outcasts in their society or let many, many drunks roam the streets of Santa Maria. So, there are many happy mexicans and mexican City of Santa Maria police and many dead motorists and pedestrians. IS YOUR CHILD NEXT? |

| The City Of Santa Maria Did It Again In the evening hours of Sept 11, 2007, a 3-year year old little girl was hit and killed by a vehicle in a situation that the driver could not see the little girl- but many of her relatives could have prevented the tragedy. Child endangerment to the City of Santa Maria? No- according to the racially corrupt city of Santa Maria- the mother is MEXICAN. I remember the City of Santa Maria Police arresting a white woman for failing to give ONE meal(breakfast) to her child(judge laughed at the City of Santa Maria Police). Now the City of Santa Maria will not do anything about children getting killed- if the parents are MEXICANS! So the slaughter of those mexican children goes on, with the HELP of the City Of Santa Maria- in the mistaken belief they are helping them by not inforcing the laws against them.. IS YOUR CHILD NEXT? |
| I "Saw" It Coming About three weeks before the 3-year old little girl, Gizel Lopez , was hit and killed tuesday night, I saw her standing in the middle of North McClelland talking to a little boy. She was wearing the little jacket she was killed in. A few feet away her mother stood talking and laughing with another lady, without a care for Gizel. She could have taught Gizel right then not to go out in the street. She did not- her personal happiness was more important than Gizel . Now Gizel is gone- Without anything. DOES YOUR MOTHER CARE ABOUT YOU? |
| Western Dental Services On Thursday, September 13, 2007 2205 South Broadway, Santa Maria, Ca: Western Dental Services Left me waiting for 1 hour for my appointment while x-raying 14 non- emergency and non-appointment people who arrived after me. How could I complain? The one front person who spoke English went on lunch! The dental person who examined my x-rays said that I had an infection because the roots of a broken tooth were still in my mouth, so my tooth had to come out. A scare tactic to make the big $$$$ for Western Dental Services. This I heard her say to an assistant- the "dentist" could not speak english. This "dentist" said to her assistant that she had to leave 2 hours early to go to a talk on "wellness"(to use as a placating method of calming down irate patients- with the waiting room full and only 1 other "dentist" available, also non-english speaking. I later read that the talk was in english, so this "dentist" was pretending not to speak english at Western Dental Services(to avoid talking with irate patients). This "dentist" not only ordered an unnecessary tooth pulling, she also ruined the surface of all the full dental crowns that my mother had paid in excess of $27,000 over the last 3 and a half years by using a stone attachment to perform a superficial cleaning- a 2- second run on the front and a shorter run on the inside. More Scam From Western Dental Services For the two hours that I waited for "consultant" tooth-puller Awwad(no english, but could actually say her name) one guy, in the next booth, got up and yelled: " 3 hours I have been waiting for my tooth to be tooth. Give my money back. Charge me for the x-rays. I'm going". Still took the "consultant" 2 hours to get to me. Awwad put a mirror in front of me and squeezed my gums by broken tooth and actually said "Look! Puss come down mean infection". and sneered at me. Idiot Awwad did not even know that puss usually is not infected. This puss was not. If she had half a brain she could have understood my explanation to her. Later she could not say a simple word, in America- antibiotic- even after I slowly said it phonetically. The assistant said it, but Awwad could not. Awwad spoke in a Portugeese dialect( the Portugeese had a big colony in India). Too ignorant to recognize that my last name, Dias is Portugeese. She thought she was getting something over on me by calling me names and insulting me to the assistant in her tongue, but I understood her perfectly. Anyway, Awwad broke off a big chunk of my tooth quick(5 minutes) but then could not get anything done on the very little piece left. I tried to describe a device that veteran Joseph Slaughter had used on me that was similar to a corkscrew action device- Awwad was ignorant of that, but the assistant nodded that she knew- off course Western Dental Services is not going to have a mexican in such a high paying position as what cheap labor Awwad is- a native of India. dentalplans.com has 44 dentists(where are they? An immigration scam?) listed for 2205 south Broadway- every one an Indian sounding name. No chance for a mexican or american person being a dentist for Western Dental Service in Santa Maria. Cheap labor for Western Dental Services Cheap quality of services by Western Dental Services- high prices! Fake prices to compare their prices to! Anyway, with my lip tore up by Awwad's clumsy hands(lips still are hurting 4 days later). I got up(when Awwad released her knee in my side(still hurts) a little) said "You idiots" loud enough for everybody to hear me in every booth and walked out, 5 and a half hours after I walked in. Lips dripping blood caught alot of stares in the full waiting room. I was leaving HELL called Western Dental Services. |
| Doctor Pedro Diaz Uses His Racism- My Father Dies 1979- long ago but I remember well because I saw my father die-because of rascist doctor Pedro Diaz and a lousy and selfish and racist Echo machine worker at Marian Medical Center in Santa Maria. Doctor Pedro Diaz is earning his high fee by listening to my father's heart in a room in Marian Medical Center. He finishes, saying: "Your heart is better. He walks out of the room where the Echo machine operator, a hispanic from Mexico, says to doctor Pedro Diaz: " Can I use my machine on him?" No accent and, notice- no hispanic words. Doctor Pedro Diaz says to him: "no". Then the hispanic Echo machine operator of Marian Medical Center said to doctor Pedro Diaz, with a very big mexican accent: "But, compadre. I need the practice". After definitely saying "no" to the Echo machine operator when he spoke like the other employees of Marian Medical Center- doctor Pedro Diaz showed his racism by saying yes to the mexican accent and the mexican term compadre! The Echo machine operator went in and started using the machine on my father. Not getting an image to see, the racist pushed my father over and laid on him, the racist's feet off the floor, to make his heart beat harder so that blind machine operator could see something on the Echo screen(I could from 10 feet away). My father cried out in pain and then said "Please stop. It hurts ....bad". I said "Stop, now" Pedro Diaz's racist compadre did not stop for about 90 seconds after that- after my father's heart flat-lined, the regular medical staff came in and checked him, pulling Pedro Diaz's rascist friend off my father. My father was killed. But, the racism in doctor Pedro Diaz lives on . The family of Pedro Diaz must be happy to have him and his racism. I am not happy to have my father taken from me. |
| Michelle Kingsley could have been alive today- if the City Of Santa Maria Police had given me any idea they would answer a call of mine to 911. The last 2 times I called 911 I reported separate attempts to murder me(I had reported 3 crimes commited by law enforcement persons in the city). The City Of Santa Maria did not respond to the scenes and never said anything to me about those 911 calls of mine. Years later and 2 months before Michelle Kingsley was killed I saw Sophia Aguilar(picture below) driving very drunkenly. I saw her fail to stop at a stop sign turning onto north Lincoln, then swerve left and right, then drive on the sidewalk from one driveway to the next on the west side of the street, then drive on the east sidewalk for half a block, then fail to stop at the stop sign at Fesler, drive diagonaly across Fesler screeching to a stop just in front of the curb on the south side of the street, back up screeching her tires, turn and drive into a driveway on the northside of the street(without looking to see if anybody else was around that could be hurt), stumble out of the car and then stumbled and weaved down the driveway to the back of the house. Because of the City Of Santa Maria Police ignored my 911 calls I could only follow her around to help if there was an accident. Any other person could have called 911 and have Sophia Aguilar arrested and put where she could not have driven when Michelle Kingsley would have been killed. |
| Michael Jackson Escapes Again! Judge Melville ruled that Michael Jackson is not to be held responsible in a civil suit filed by the family of Manuela Ruiz . My opinion is that Michael Jackson should be held responsible for his part - he did the equal of yelling "Fire!" in a theater by making false statments to Marian Medical Center staff about his health. Michael Jackson's actions was one of many attempt to gather sympathy in his criminal case- for a non-guilty plea from the jury. In the situation about Manuela Ruiz , Michael Jackson had a fake news article put on the internet 8 HOURS before he went to the hospital, the fake article saying that Michal Jackson had been to and released from Marian Medical Center- the day before. I had spotted the fake news article on the American Online message boards( posted by Michael Jackson paid employee Timothy S Higdon ) and traced the fake CNN.com page to Nigeria . I contacted the Nigerian National Police and told them the location of the website publishing the fake internet page- they arrested the three operators(There it is a crime they said- "To Fool The Public") that had published the fake internet page BEFORE Michael Jackson arrived at the hospital to pretend he was ill!! P.S. This is another instance of the City of Santa Maria Department not preventing a death( Manuela Ruiz ) because of their corrupt policy of ignoring me because I had reported several crimes by law enforcement people within the city limits of Santa Maria. |
