A Hobbs Way To Steal
Wilma Hobbs thought of a way
to control my mother, Mabel
Dias, to get her money. When
she( Wilma Hobbs ) said to my
mother that if she did not stay
away from me, she would hurt
her(previously Wilma Hobbs
had put her pointed fingernails
into my mother's arms, causing
blood to come out). My
mother objected- so Wilma
Hobbs said to her that she
would hurt ME if she(my
mother) would not stay away
from me. Easy for Wilma
Hobbs to steal from an elderly
person- she is the sister-in-law
of George Hobbs, long time
Santa Maria Mayor/City
Councilman. Safe for Wilma
Hobbs to do that because the
City of Santa Maria police are
very corrupt.
My mother and I still dare not
see each other, in fear of
Wilma Hobbs finding us
together. Naturally, the City Of
Santa Maria Police
Department still protects
Wilma Hobbs by ignoring me
because I reported crimes
committed by law enforcement
in the City Of Santa Maria.

What is a Freedom
Pole?
In the early 1900s,
some established
Japanese farmers
and farm-related
businessmen, in the
United States, were
scared of new
immigrants(legal)
from Japan would
take much of their
business by
working harder,
selling cheaper or
whatever. So, these
established
Japanese raised
fears in other
farmers- Italian,
Germans, more-
forced the US
Congress to pass a
law to stop these
new immigrants from

farming. The US
Congress did pass a
law forbidding the
recent and the
arriving immigrants
from farming- all
immigrants, not
only Japanese. The
State of California
passed its own law
forbidding the new
immigrants from
using property for
business. THE
MIGHTY US HAS

CALIFORNIA HAS
SPOKEN!
Here in Santa
Barbara County,
the Board of
Supervisors
recognized that the
recent immigrants
were part of the
community- friends,
good business men,
peaceful,hard-workin
g. So,the first to do
so, the Board of
Supervisors of
the County of Santa
Barbara passed a
law designating
what residential
property is(not
business at all):"To
be built on the
property, a structure
consisting of a pole,
measuring four
inches by four
inches, set firmly in
the ground, rising to
a height from 6
feet, 2 inches, to 6
feet, 4 inches". The
county permit was
free. Local law
enforcement looked
at the permits and
told the established
farmers, nicely, to
stick their trouble
making "where the
sun don't shine".
State and federal
officers were not
going to go against
local laws. San Luis
Obispo county was
the second to
pass a "freedom
Pole" law, followed
by thousands across
the United States.
The Freedom Poles
became local
symbols of
friendship - people
entering and/or
leaving the
property touched
the pole, sometime
kissing it. Even after
the government
laws forbidding the
new immigrants
from farming were
repealed, the
Freedom Poles
remained.

Warning
The City of Santa Maria has a crooked
way of making fine money:
The Streets Division person puts up a No
Parking sign while a Santa Maria Police
officer waits to give out tickets to cars
parked there already while the tow truck
driver waits to tow cars parked there
when the parking was legal(kick-back
part of towing charges). This crew moves
from street to street doing this to drivers
who never were warned that
they would be cited and towed. No
warning, of course, the City of Santa
Maria employees want to take home their
crooked dollars in their paychecks.

Tricky Dick Weldon
Many years ago Frank Silva and I went to Richard
Weldon's office so he could sign the leases to lease his
East Main properties to Betteravia Farms ( Bonipak ).
Frank Silva signed one lease, for the west parcel of 75
acres. Then he signed the lease for the east parcel of 40
acres. The east parcel was for $17,000 a year and the west
parcel was for $24,000 a year. Rember there were two
leases. A few years later Frank Silva passed on, the lease
stayed in force. Two days after his wife, Mary Silva, died,
their only heir, Mabel Dias and I went to Richard Weldon's
office where Mabel Dias asked Richard Weldon how much
should she expect to receive from the rental of the parcels
to Betteravia Farms ( Bonipak ). Richard Weldon put ONE
lease in front of her and put his finger on it, pointing to
the $17,000- the smaller east parcel. Tricky Dick Weldon
never showed her the lease for the other parcel and never
said anything about it to her. My mother was too upset
about her mother's death(she was murdered by Wilma
Hobbs, sister-in-law of then mayor of Santa Maria mayor
George Hobbs(no wonder why the City of Santa Maria
police would not arrest Wilma Hobbs)) to listen to me to
explain that there were separate leases for the two
parcels. Betteravia Farms, with Nazi Henri Ardantz and the
Fascist Ferini brothers paid on only the one $17,000 a
year lease from that day on, never on the larger parcel
Henri Ardantz made a big deal about putting "an extra
$3,000 dollars" in the next lease. They were stealing 58%
of the total due from her- then they made themselves look
like heros(to some) by putting in a little 7% of what they
had signed the leases for! Theft that started with Tricky
Dick Weldon helping them steal from a elderly lady who
was filled with grief because her mother had been
murdered, something Richard Weldon knew of- Mabel
Dias told him and Richard Weldon knew she trusted him.
Whose trust is he breaking now?

Abel Maldonado -
Self-Made
It is a warm, beautiful day
in George Maldonado's
first strawberry field in the
Santa Maria Valley. He is
very short on pickers, so
he asks his son, Abel, to
help. Abel picks about 4
berries and then looks at
his hands and tears start
coming out of his eyes.
He says to his father that
he will not get his hands
dirty ever again. Watching
him walk away from his
father, I think of Abel as
self-spoiled sissy. Big on
the talk, little on the work.
After 2000, I talk with
Jorge, Abel's brother.
Jorge says to me that
Abel still refuses to see or
speak with his father,
even now after 25 years.
Now I know that Abel
Maldonado is self-made-
a self-made bastard.

Did this person, George
Hobbs, use his office of
Mayor of Santa Maria to
block the investigation
and prosecution of his
sister-in-law Wilma Hobbs
, who had murdered Mary
Silva(after choking Mary
Silva until she agreed
to make Wilma Hobbs
the only beneficiary in
her will)?
P.S. Mary Silva would have lived
on if I could have reported the
choking 5 weeks earlier- Wilma
Hobbs would have been too
scared of the police watching her.

Victor Tognazzini
More lies from Victor- now to
cover some past lies. To make
people believe that I write
fiction, Victor points to a
different farm than the one he
spent some years on. To divert
attention from what I said he
said about his military service,
he points to a "cooking
school", as if I said "cooking
school"- I never did.
In his efforts to make $$$$ in
taxpayer money by being
elected in the last election,
Victor Tognazzini dug himself
a hole full of lies that he is now
drowning in. More lies will only
end his political($) career faster

Was Louis Lunstrom
murdered?
Asthma was said, but that looks
like the effect of a powder put in
food to make the tissues swell so
breathing is impossible- the way
Robbie Dias tried to do by putting
powder into what he thought
was my cereal.
Marie Lundstrom knew about
how to cause the so-called
asthma from being a doctor's
receptionist for years and knew
how to convince Louis that he
had asthma. After her mother's
murder's money, Louis was only
one more for her to having more
wealth all to herself and to find
another victim.

Business"
Based On Counterfeit Money?

When the Maldonado family
came to the Santa Maria Valley
in their brand new cars,
George Maldonado(Abel's
father) approached Furukawa
and offered a huge sum to rent
some of Furukawa's land
north of Stowell Road for a
period of 10 years- CASH in
advance. Furukawa,suspicious
but greedy, signed the lease,
with George Maldonado. I
come in the next day when
Furukawa called me and asked
me to come over, saying he
was very upset and nervous. I
was suspicious when I walked
into Furukawa's office
because of two large boxes of
bundles of 50s and 100s in the
office. When I calmed down
Furukawa, he explained that
he feared that the money was
phony. Me, I called El
Lobo(elsewhere on this site)
who came from Salvador
(Central America), looked at
the money and said it was
counterfeit.
George Maldonado had
scammed
Furukawa out of alot of money.
Furukawa survived
financially,but the love for
farming was ripped out of him-
by George Maldonado.
Now Abel Maldonado enjoys
the fruits of the theft by his
father from
Furukawa- who did more for
strawberry farming in the
Santa Maria Valley than
anybody else.
Abel Maldonado is carrying on
the family tradition he brags
about.

A Chumash Casino Is
Born & Good-Bye My
Friend
There was a man that spoke
many words of wisdom to me
when I was a child- Tarre
Feather, leader of the Chumash
Indians in the Santa Ynez
Valley. There came a day when
some strangers came who said
they were Chumash from far to
the south. They said to Tarre
feather that they were going to
start a gambling casino on
nearby land they bought. To
fool the White Man into thinking
the land was ancient Chumash
tribal land they needed the local
Chumash Chief to be their front
man. They gave Tarre Feather
two choices: be their front man
to fool the White Man or they
would kill him and then Tarre
Feather's son would become
the local Chumash Chief- the
son saying he want riches- he
would take over. Tarre Feather
was against gambling and, most
of all, was friend to many, many
white men. He said yes, but that
night he snuck out. The
murder-hearted son named
himself the "chief of the tribe".
Not really- the rest of the tribe
disappeared in fear of their
lives- there were no braves for
the treacherous son to lead.
Years later I spoke with Tarre
Feather. He was well, but his
spirit was broken- by his
murdereous son and his Santa
Ynez Chumash Casino bosses.

Bye, bye my friend. Watch over
me from that Chumash sky that
bears your name- Tarre.

Afterthought
A few years ago I saw Tarre
Feather's son sitting at an outside
table of the coffee shop next to
the bookstore in Solvang.
From the side a young man, in his
20s, said to the son: "Tarre
Feather". With no response the
young man moved in front of
Tarre Feather's son and said "Are
you Tarre Feather? I am from the
Lompoc Record.", after their eyes
met. The son then said "Yes".
That was after he knew somebody
was talking to HIM. The first time
the words meant nothing to him-
no response! Now he was putting
on his pretense that his name was
Tarre Feather. The treacherous
son had become a thief by stealing

his father's name so he could
spread the Chumash Casino lies
to the White Man through the
news media.
The Chumash I knew of have a
hell for this kind of son. The
Chumash Casino people have
only $$$$$$$ in their hearts and
souls.

Left To Die
Starting as a normal trip into the
field
where I lived(45 years) on
my mother's farm, to tell a guy
that he was stealing from an
elderly person(my mother Mabel
Dias) I went there and sat on my
bicycle(saved gas). I said to the
guy what I had to say. The guy
started to walk behind me. About
325 pounds and lots of muscles
did not scare me- I thought he
would respect my home and my
mother's property rights. Wrong-
he kicked the back tire and sent
me flying. When I landed, I could
not move. The guy left me there
to die.
The small Betteravia Farms /
Bonipak service truck came- the
younger driver called the office
and asked what he should do
about me. Milo Ferini , Jr yelled-
"Leave him there". 40 years
earlier Milo Ferini Jr had said
that I should be killed - he was
excited about thinking that I
would die there, laying in the
open, in 80 degree plus weather.

When gravity pulled my back
into alignment, I got up and
walked away, pushing my bike
which had a big dent where the
guy had kicked it. Two days later
Milo Ferini Jr got mad and
started kicking things when he
saw that I was still alive. Almost,
but not quite- Betteravia Farms /
Bonipak got its oldest wish. Left
me there to die.

Nick Ardantz- A Hero To Me

A warm morning- I was watching 7 of
the 1000 men that El Lobo and I had
brought to the "big family" of those
and their families brought here and
set up in farming by my mother's
father,Frank Silva. The 1000 from El
Salvador were proving to be the best
of workers- steady and they gave it
their everything.
But, Henri Ardantz and Milo Ferini, Jr
were telling each other that these
these 7 were Mexicans and that
Mexicans did not deserve to live.
Henri and Milo, Jr were only going by
the color of their skin because that is
what they had learned in Nazi
Germany and Fascist Italy- hatred of
those they considered inferior to
Germans and Italians. Their idea that
these "mexicans" were inferior to
them was showing and became more
serious as henri and Milo, Jr got their
weapons(big sticks) and started
towards the men from El Salvador.
Here comes Nick Ardantz with his
long stick- almost as long as his
short size. Not really very short, but
he looked like it carrying that stick-
to Henri and Milo, Jr, beating the hell
out of them until both were
whimpering like little pups. For
weeks after that, the arms of Henri
and Milo, Jr ached. Maybe this Santa
Maria Valley hispanic person or that
hispanic child or whoever would
never had been born if Henri and
Milo, Jr had killed those men( and
maybe more). I have never wondered
about this, because I know as fact-
Nick Ardantz had saved those 7 men,
dark skin and everthing else about
them.

Betteravia Farms and Bonipak
- trade names sold to Milo Ferini Sr and
Dominick Ardantz, for $1, by George
Aratani, whose father , Setsuo Aratani,
had started those trade names in the
19th century. Older Ardantz and Ferini
protected Japanese- Henri & Milo Jr
tried to kill them - they blame all
Japanese for Nazi Germany(Henri
Ardantz) and Facist Italy(Milo Ferini,Jr.
for losing World War II.

A Sick And Dangerous Situation
I saw a big, strong male, Eric George, twitch and
stutter and back away from a little County of
Santa Barbara detective every time she spoke or
made any move- to the point that she made him
start a campaign to encite people to kill me by
showing them pictures of my vehicle and myself
and saying to them that I was a pedophile. Eric
George had not arrested me- but that little female
on a witch hunt, as a representative of the County
of Santa Barbara, sure wanted County Of Santa
Barbara -sponsored vigalante justice(hers) to
prevail, her and Eric George choosing the
executioner themseves by showing the pictures
and saying what Eric George said he was going to
do. Now I will probably be dead someday, victim
of County of Santa Barbara 's perversion of the
laws the voters passed because of their mistaken
belief that I am a threat to their jobs.

Another Maldonado Fraud?
I overheard the person in
charge of the Abel
Maldonado
Community Youth Center
say, in a suddenly low
volume voice, to another
woman: "Hardly anybody
comes here. We have to
give them something to
come." Well- the woman
should have never run out
the people who tried to
use the area for the 18
months before the vote
was taken to build the Abel
Maldonado Community
Youth Center! She was out
there many times a day
telling people to get out of
there- they were playing
basketball and having
lunch and horseshoes and
having a good time-
10,000s could have had
good recreation had that
woman not done the fraud
of providing false numbers
of use of the area so she
could make the money she
takes home now!
Maldonado was relected
on that fraud. Like father,
like son. $$$$ from
Americans.

Update On The Sheriff's
Department Of The County
Of Santa Barbara's
"Witchhunt" On Me
The Sheriff's Department did not
turn against me until I said to
Officer Eric George that I showed
on YouTube video to children that
was good,clean fun, WITHOUT
VIOLENCE AND SEX AND BAD
LANGUAGE AT A RATE OF 70,000
VIEWS PER DAY.
The Sheriff's Department of the
County of Santa Barbara was
thinking of their job security- to
them that means many tens of
thousands of kids that will not be
committing crimes for them to
having jobs. Those scared Sheriff
Department's employees do not
realize that the 10s of thousands
are spread across the USA, not
here.
The update here(shhh! do not tell
them because they may call in the
army or something to stop me)- I
have averaged 142,310 views a day
the last 40 days(today is 6/1/2008)
and summer vacation has not even
started yet!!! Since 9/6/2007
35,990,956 views!!! Remember this
kind of good news is bad to the
Sheriff's Department of the County
Of Santa Barbara! So, please
remain quiet. Or I die as the County
Of Santa Barbara's Sheriff's
Department wants me to.
